Approved orders are shipped to the delivery address defined in the dealer record. If more than one address is defined, the destination can be selected during checkout.
An order moves through preparation, dispatch and delivery stages. Each stage is visible in the order detail in the dealer panel; once shipping details are created, the tracking number is listed on the same screen.
We recommend inspecting the outer packaging when the parcel is received. Requesting a report for a parcel that appears damaged makes the following steps easier.
