Rules for using the platform and user obligations.
This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of dealer users accessing the Diyaliz Market platform. Continuing to use the platform means these rules are accepted.
The dealer is responsible for keeping the credentials of the users defined under its account confidential and for the transactions carried out through that account. Any suspicion of unauthorised access must be reported immediately.
Prices, stock levels and customer-specific content on the platform may only be used within the commercial activity of the relevant dealer; they may not be shared with third parties or harvested in bulk by automated means.
